To get a compact body structure you do not have to spend too much money, do not have diaper, do not go to gym or do not need to use the weight loss cream. All you need is a chair, exercise for 10 minutes every day.

Redirect

Sitting down
1. Put your hands straight on the back of a chair.
2. Put your feet in a 90 degree angle. Keep your feet slightly larger than the shoulder width.
3. Bend your elbows and get down. Then lift your hands straight.
4. Do the same 20 times.
